"I EXHORT therefore, that, first of all, supplications,prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;"
(I Timothy 2:1, KJV).

We as a church have structured ourselves to be a prayer minded church right from the Leadership Team to every individual in church. Prayer for us is the breath on which we survive as a church, as there came to be a remarkable spirit of prayer within the church community each passing day of the week. One of the signs of 'the last days' had again come.

'God is pouring out His Spirit on His servants and handmaidens.' The need for prayer for the church and the city in general was felt as never before, as the number of people turning up for meetings increased. It was no uncommon thing for hours to be spent in prayer in view of special manifestation of God's work which is to follow during the main service time.

There were many companies of praying Christians till date in the church. The most notable of these is to be found each Thursday afternoon (12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.) in the Church. As you are led by his Grace, we will be glad to have you join us during one of our programmes.

*Prayer for the spiritual growth of the church and the city as a whole takes place every Sunday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m.

Remember:

■ Prayer is the highest privilege ever afforded to man to invite God into the human arena.

■ Prayer is the rail on which the power of God moves.

■ Prayer is the most powerful force accessible to man free of charge.

■ In prayer, we literally touch God and heaven, to change earthly situations

■ Gods anointing and glory will come, mountains will be moved, valleys made smooth, rivers made crossable, dreams come through to the one who prays.

■ The riches of heaven are open to those who pray in Jesus' name.
